Introducing the GR86, a second generation model with a more powerful larger capacity 2.4 litre engine which produces 232bhp. The increased capacity comes from the increased bore (94mm) and still retains "rev friendly" 86mm stroke with rev limit set at 7,400rpm.

The GR86 is a pure driver orientated sports car, behind the new FA24 engine is a choice of 6 speed manual or 6 speed auto (paddle shift) transmission. The GR86 drives the rear wheels via a mechanical lsd. The VSC system is also switchable.

Other notable differences are the addition of aluminium bonnet, roof and front wings, lighter seats and exhaust system all contribute to further reduce weight and lower the centre of gravity which enables the GR86 to corner with incredible balance and fun.

Tuning work has already begun with our partners and we already have the TRD GR86 Parts listed and available to purchase. Suspension and brake upgrade packages, engine tuning and turbo charging kits are already under development.
